What is a microsite?

At Christ the King Church we are implementing a series of 'microsites' which run underneath our main website. Sounds complicated? Not really.

We want to make our website as accurate and as up-to-date as possible and with such a vast quantity of information to add/edit and remove from our website it can be a difficult task for one person to manage. In addition, some information may be incorrect or displayed in the wrong way. This is where the microsites come in.

Within the Church there are different people responsible for different groups/people etc. Therefore we are giving each of these groups/individuals their own space on the Christ the King website which they update at their own leisure.

All microsites can be accessed through our main website (www.christ-theking.org.uk) and vice versa.

Keep your eye out for further microsites which will be launching soon. If you have a position of responsibility within the church or community and would like to maintain your own seciton of the Christ the King website then please get in-touch with Matthew Breen. Microsites are free of charge, easy to update at your own leisure and full training/support will be provided.
